School Year Counselor Support

Hello, Romulus Families and Students,

As we all take this journey in continued online learning, we want you to know that your counselors are here for you!

You might be asking yourself, what can a school counselor help me with right now? Here is a list of things you might reach out to your school counselor about:

  • How to cope  with all of the changes you're experiencing due to Covid-19
  • To have a non-judgmental space to talk about personal concerns and to have a focused listener who can provide guidance toward solutions
  • Support in creating an academic plan that will help you to be successful in the virtual classroom
  • Reviewing grades and making sure you are on track to pass to the next grade level or graduation
  • Schedule questions
  • To get guidance related to personal safety concerns
