Officer Teaches Students Safety Protocol

At the end of the school year, Police Sgt. Labrit Jackson visited Romulus High School to speak to students. Sgt. Jackson, who is a strong advocate for safety education, taught students the proper protocol for what to do and how to act when pulled over by a police officer. In his effort to educate the community, Sgt. Jackson also runs the police department’s Facebook page as an outlet for communication. Special thanks to RHS teacher Craig Otter for inviting Sgt. Jackson to speak, and to Sgt. Jackson himself for doing everything he can to keep our kids safe.
